I run Somatic Sessions for Lyn's membership. In these sessions, I help you to connect to your body through touch and breathwork, this helps you to notice any energy and emotions that you don't need to be holding on to and create space to gently release them.
We work with the nervous system to create safety in the body, because when when we feel safe, we can heal.

When you sign up for the free 14 day trial you will provide your bank details then but nothing will be charged. You will then be automatically charged £22 a month on the same date each month 14 days after the free trial started.
No not at all, you can stay for as long or as little time as you feel you need. But a little heads up…. I have only had one member leave over the past 12 months as once you are part of the incredible community and support you won’t want to leave.
I totally understand and you would have my full support in your decision. Its really easy, you just either message me on socials or send me an email at lyn@lynpenman.com and you will be cancelled immediately. You can cancel right up to day 14 of the free trial and you wont be charged any money.
I get it, like you I read every book under the sun and tried different therapy methods and nothing worked for me. All the stuff inside the membership is there because its all the tools, techniques and practices you need to break the cycle that helped me. All the membership sessions are done online via zoom. When you join you get send the zoom code for all the sessions. You also get daily reminders when the sessions are on. If you cant attend live then all the sessions are uploaded into our membership portal.
The membership portal is accessed via the link and password you are sent by email when you join. The membership portal is easily added to your phone home screen so you can access everything that is inside it. All the modules of the anxiety beginners course with workbooks, the weekly membership sessions and a library of recorded hypnosis and meditations are all at your fingertips.
I get it…..you are probably freaking out a little bit about stepping out your comfort zone. Its normal when we face something new. But anxiety warrior, I've got your back. The membership is designed by me (who has been there, felt that, thought that) to be as easy and as supportive as possible. You have full control over how visible you are inside the membership. You may want to keep your camera off during the online sessions or even prefer to watch on catch up inside portal.
